Omnichannel Media Expert - France & UK (M/F/X)

Within a constantly changing, highly competitive environment, and supporting the EME retail and e-commerce offer teams, the EME Marketing & Communication Department implements all the 360° levers (RP, media, social media, events).


You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

1/ Deploy Brand awareness media campaigns during Sephora FR & UK Key Commercial Periods & Key Communication Peak Times.

  • Deploy Sephora brand awareness media campaigns with media agencies (Publicis FR & UK) by defining the brief & KPIs on French & UK markets for all media channels: online (paid social, OLV/VOL, Display, Digital Audio) and offline (out of home, TV, print, radio, cinema).
  • Optimize and follow up campaigns with agencies to achieve media targets/objectives during Key Commercial Periods on our main categories (Make Up, Haircare, Skincare, Fragrance and on new categories).
  • Ensure media campaign execution is in line with our Sephora EME/Global media guidelines.
  • Work closely with Sephora's internal departments to coordinate media campaign launches: creative, social media, PR, offer and legal departments.
  • Ensure full funnel optimization by coordinating brand awareness calendar with performance one, and by having a data driven approach.
  • Analyze the success of branding media campaigns: KPIs, media plans, performance, and challenges to address. Identify key learnings and recommendations for next campaigns.

2/ Oversee Sephora FR & UK media campaigns follow up and coordinate operational tasks.

  • For each France & UK media campaign, deliver creative assets/toolbox (videos & static assets produced by Sephora creative team), copies and instructions to our partner agencies.
  • Be the point of contact for FR & UK markets: update the media calendar integrating all campaigns for internal follow up.
  • FR & UK budget monitoring with finance teams: raise media campaigns PO, follow up of agency fees and creative/production costs.
  • Monthly & Annual reports for FR & UK markets on the Full funnel media campaigns & Co-Ads activity (in coordination with FR & UK Performance Media Teams). Creation of a monthly internal report for Offer & Marketing teams to communicate on achievements & plans to come.

3/ Coordination with Co-Ads European team on FR & UK Co-Ads Campaigns.

  • Co-Ads are media campaigns we operate for our Brand partners on behalf of SEPHORA (with SEPHORA branding integrated to the brand's creative assets).
  • As part of this process, you will partner with our EME Sephora coads team. Discuss media plan proposal for each brand to be activated and ensure the best fit with our institutional media plan. Consider media saturation per channel between Sephora and brands plans.
  • Attend post campaign analysis meetings on FR & UK markets to identify key successes & improvement recommendations for next Campaigns.
  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in marketing or communication
  • Branding & Digital Expertise
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a media agency, or in a retailer/pure player with digital & branding management
  • International experience would be appreciated.
  • Good understanding of brand awareness, innovation & digital challenges
  • Expertise of offline media channels (TV, OOH, Print, Radio) and Digital levers (Paid Social, OLV/Video, Display, Influence)
