HomeCamper, a French start-up, is looking for its new Business Development talent to complete its team for a 1- to 2-year alternance

The HomeCamper concept in a few words: to help all camping enthusiasts to find their ideal pitch in private gardens, by offering pitches in Germany and all of Europe.

For that, we are looking for a Business Developer for the German market.


Your tasks:


  • Develop the supply of gardens, acquire new hosts in Germany and in the Germanspeaking regions (and possibly in other European countries)
  • Develop new growth strategies in these markets
  • Search for opportunities in growth hacking
  • Helping, advising and accompanying hosts and travelers: handling written and verbal requests from customers
  • Bring in creative ideas in social media marketing/community management
The position is very multi-faceted and all topics must be handled with professionalism.


Your strengths:


  • You are perfectly at ease on the phone
  • Your spelling is impeccable
  • You have an interest in the sharing economy and sustainable tourism industry
  • You are fluent in German and English, and possibly in another language
  • You are dynamic, rigorous, dedicated and motivated

Additional information:


  • Qualification: 3 years of higher education, communication school, business school, or equivalent
  • Type of contract: Alternance (12 to 24 months)
  • Start date: September 2023 or January 202
  • Location: Fontainebleau, France, in a young and dynamic international coworking space
  • Experience : > 6 months
  • Hybrid work/teleworking possible
