Your Shoes To FillAct as the first point of contact for employees in an assigned business area on all HR-related topics
Support the full recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and final selection)
Organize and support the onboarding process of new employees
Maintain employee master data, personnel files, and the HR system
Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other relevant HR documents
Ensure compliance with French labor law and applicable collective bargaining agreements (CBA)
Support training and development initiatives as well as contribute to HR projects such as digitalization, employer branding, and compensation & benefits
Your Walk Of Life
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally in an international environment
Strong knowledge of French labor law, with hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, and HR system
Prior experience of collaborating with a works council (CSE)
Fluent in French and very good, business-proficient English
Strong communication skills, organizational talent, discretion, team spirit, and a solution-oriented mindset
Initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
