    The General Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel, meeting and exceeding planned objectives for revenue and profit, and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met.

    Manage all areas of the hotel in accordance with the brand standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality.

    Provide exemplary performance for staff to follow.

    Diploma/Degree/Professional qualifications in Hotel Management;
    Minimum of 7 years leadership experience and solid professional background in similar properties (proven track record in luxury high end market hotels with a stable career history);
    A thorough knowledge of Hotel ́s operating policies and standards is expected;
    Ability to co-ordinate functions into efficient and coherent operation;
    Track record in managing luxury network certification;
    Fluent in English and French.

    Performance driven by quality, guest satisfaction and exceeding expectations;
    Strong leadership skills as well as natural charisma, passionate about motivating teams and HR satisfaction;
    Strong strategic thinker combined with natural analytical skills and a result oriented vision;
    People ́s person, commercial oriented with excellent communication skills.
