As
iOS engineer in the
Rider Experience team you focus on growing our user base by deploying the right incentives and removing friction in our user onboarding.

You work closely with your multidisciplinary team to identify and deliver business opportunities within your team's domain.

Passion for technology and Software Engineering
User centricity demonstrated ability to identify and truly grasp user problems, building effective and scalable solutions
Critical thinking observability mindset, strong ability to reflect on own and team performance, datadriven approach
Effectiveness as an independent contributor fluency in Swift and familiarity with best practices, able to implement changes independently, meeting architecture guidelines and quality expectations set by the team
