Primary Role:


The intern will assist our team of Customer Service Specialists and Customer Solutions Experts in the performance of their duties.

They will be called upon to assist with customer follow-up, order confirmations and a variety of administrative tasks.


In addition, in collaboration with the Regional Manager, he/she will be called upon to participate in various projects aimed at improving the customer experience and supports the continuous improvement of existing procedures.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the management of clients in the CRM (opportunity tracking, order entry and confirmation, client creation, billing, etc.);
  • Participate in the preparation and followup of various reports and indicators on a periodic basis;
  • Carry out various projects in different software such as Excel, Word and Outlook.

Requirements:


  • Studies related to administration or business management at the BTS level or equivalent to Bachelor's degree ;
  • Bilingualism French-English is essential (German or Italian is an asset);
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite and ability to learn to use computer tools and software (experience with a CRM is an asset).
