Your role:

As a member of the Operations team, you will work with your colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction Your missions will be:

Collecting third party information to verify payment information and detect possible cases of fraud
Evaluation of third party bank details via external sources
Administrative tasks, including updating sheets, systems and files
Possibility to participate in the team's continuous improvement projects (processes, tool tests, etc)

What we're looking for:

You are in constant contact with customers and suppliers, and have excellent interpersonal skills and good elocution
You are methodical, rigorous and detailoriented
You have a good command of spelling and are comfortable with computer tools
You are able to adapt to working in fast paced startup
You speak English fluently & ideally have a good level of French
You are available in our offices for the first one or two weeks of training
