The Team:


Committed since 1995 alongside our clients to support them in their transformation towards more sustainable business models and their operational variations, our "Sustainable Transformation and Performance" team now has 180 consultants in France, 1500 in Europe, and more than 2800 internationally.


Faced with an unprecedented acceleration in the needs of companies and public actors, our multidisciplinary teams are recruiting several experienced profiles to help them meet these new challenges and transform them into opportunities.


Our main areas of intervention are:

  • Sustainable and responsible supply chains;
  • CSR strategy (Long term value) and extrafinancial reporting;
  • Climate strategy, carbon trajectory and energy performance;
  • Sustainable products and brands;
  • Social and environmental due diligence;
  • Audit and Verification of companies' extrafinancial data;
  • Development and evaluation of public policies in the fields of energy and the environment.

Job Overview:


As its activities are growing rapidly, the Sustainable Products & Brands team is looking for several Managers able to intervene on projects to transform product portfolios and packaging to make them more sustainable and communicate it as a differentiating factor to the customers of the companies we work with.

The projects we carry out involve our clients' marketing, communication, R&D, purchasing, innovation and sustainable development departments on a daily basis.


Your Missions:

You will mainly intervene in the sale and the realization of assistance and support missions with our customers:

  • Creation of environmental and social assessment tool for products and packaging
  • Development of benchmarks and business cases
  • Integration of sustainable development into brand strategies, product design, IT processes and tools, promotion, customer dialogue and social networks.
  • Product life cycle assessment
  • Realization of missions related to the life cycle of products: methodologies for environmental and social assessment of products, ecodesign, environmental labeling, circular economy and endoflife management.


Throughout your experience, you will also actively contribute to the methodological development of our offers and their visibility on the market.

You will develop your skills, use your expertise and imagination and be able to participate in the other missions of our "Sustainable Transformation and Performance" team.


Your Profile:


With an engineering background, business school or university Master 2, you have at least 6 years' experience in a consulting firm or within a company, in terms of quantification of impacts, definition and implementation of eco-design approaches for products and packaging, LCA operation, familiar with labelling and ecodesign standards, or in marketing functions, preferably in mass consumption, France or internationally.

You want to contribute to the development of sustainable products and committed brands, meaningful for consumers. You are able to develop new approaches and methods to be applied to different sectors and product portfolios.
You speak and write English fluently.
