DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a vacation rental property manager to join our team in Miami.

You will be responsible for all operational aspects of running short-term vacation rental properties. This can include marketing, pricing and listing homes, managing reservations, home maintenance, etc.

Responsibilities

Revenue management
Marketing and distribution
Guest screening and security
Guest care
Compliance

You will have to strategically price short-term rental properties based on occupancy, day of the week, fluctuations in weather, holidays and market events.

Review pricing for every home to adjust for real-time changes in demand.

CANDIDAT PROFILE
- "revenue management'" experience
- familiar with AirBnB
- knowledge in short-term vacation rental platforms
- ability to work in English
