Role Description:

In this role you will be working on the production of epiwafers, as well as on various projects in the epitaxy team of MACOM European Semiconductor Center (Limeil-Brévannes).

You will also have the opportunity to manage a development project.
This position reports to the Head of Epitaxy

Responsibilities and competencies:

Production, development, continuous improvement, and sustaining processes all in close partnership with the customers
This position is handson, and requires discipline and work in clean rooms
You will be expected to define and set deliverables, plan resources, and achieve desired results
You must be able to exercise excellent judgment, expertise in thin film characterizations
Have an optimistic, cando approach
Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics
Demonstrated knowledge in characterizations
Familiarity with gas and chemicals and/or materials for compound semiconductors and/or gas processes
Familiarity with objectoriented programming
Proven track record of solving technical problems, meeting deadlines, and multitasking
Ability to work collaboratively, and with cross functional teams to improve processes
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
Industrial experience is a plus
Fluent in French
English intermediate level
