About the team


The Fragomen French inbound team, based in Paris (La Défense), is a team of approximately 35 professionals all from different backgrounds with extensive experience in French immigration law.

We provide the full suite of French immigration support to some of the biggest employers in the country and the world across multiple industries.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our Management Team.

The Opportunity


You will identify training and development needs for other team members and suggest development outcomes to the Manager of the team.

The Immigration Supervisor will act as a role model for more junior members of staff, assisting them to develop their core competencies.


Key responsibilities at Supervisor level will include:

  • Assisting accountability for day-to-day client relationships, growing the client base, leading a team of engaged and motivated employees
  • Management of a diverse team, their workload, performance, training and development and quality of support for clients.
  • Responsible for maintaining good client relationships and close management of VIP cases, escalations as well as active participation in presentation and meetings with clients
  • Liaising with all key stakeholders in client accounts and establishing relationships with Partners, other Managers, global and regional Client Service Managers and other relevant stakeholders across their accounts and within the Practice
  • Taking the lead or assisting on diverse projects imperative to continuous improvement in the Practice and the wider Firm
  • Sharing best practices and provide strategic insights into complex inquiries, projects, high profile matters.
  • Identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
  • Scoping and pricing of service models; identifying and implementing new service models for the team
  • Engaging with government officials and external organisations on behalf of the Firm
  • Actively assisting with and participating in internal and external conferences, seminars and client networking events


Your professional experience- You may have a minimum of - 6 years of experience in service delivery (in immigration/tax/global mobility) combined with proven experience in leading client account- Ideally you will have a relevant academic background; an emphasis on FR immigration law and policies would be an asset but not mandatory- Native or bi-lingual proficiency in FR is mandatory; English is our main communication language- The ability to analyse, structure, build and define clear processes- Demonstrable experience in a client facing role, with strong customer service experience and the ability to present to clients and manage escalations- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, meet deadlines, monitor budgets and manage multiple projects- Hands-on and efficiency-driven (suggestions & implementation), and solutions focused- People management experience is preferable.
