Conception des process adaptés et formalisation des procédures et des operating mémorandums avec les tiers* Commissions de surperformance : contrôle (set-up, reset, contrôle périodique), production des reportings à destination des gestionnaires, de l'équipe Risques et de la comptabilité* Production des reportings réglementaires : EMT/EPT, MIFID II GSM, statistiques AMF. Automatisation et rationalisation des process existants* Suivi et traitement des demandes du Service Client sur l'ensemble du périmètre du Middle Office.* Contrôle de niveau 1.2 sur la production des roll des positions du change à terme* Résolution et matérialisation des incidents opérationnels du pôlePar la suite, en fonction de votre évolution au sein du pôle, vous pourrez intervenir sur les missions suivantes :* Prise en charge des projets liés aux nouvelles règlementations* Prise en charge des projets du Middle Office (mise en place de nouveaux process et outils, optimisation des contrôles)A ce titre vous interagirez avec l'ensemble des pôles du Middle Office.Vous serez également en relation étroite avec l'ensemble des autres services (Risques, Juridique, Conformité, Service Clients, Product Management, Gestion, Reporting, etc.) et des prestataires externes (Dépositaires et Valorisateurs).**Compétences requises :****Les qualités indispensables requises pour le poste sont*** Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et des priorités* Autonomie dans la gestion des sujets complexes et sensibles* Capacité à travailler en équipe et en transversal* Esprit d'initiative et capacité d'adaptation* Parfaite maitrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel**Profil :*** Formation Bac +4/5 universitaire, école de commerce ou ingénieur avec une spécialisation en finance de marché* Première expérience réussie sur un poste analogue ou au sein d'une société de gestion (en Middle Office ou dans une équipe Risques, Reporting ou Service Clients)* Vous possédez un anglais professionnelRole profile (G)One reason for the long-term success of our business is the importance we place on being principledIt is this belief that drives both the way we work with our clients and the way we hire, manage and develop our people – and we look for the same qualities from them in returnOur teams reflect the diverse needs of our clients, businesses and the markets we operate in around the world.
