MISSION:


  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of digital manufacturing IT solutions within PO CES Europe production entities, participates to the definition, implementation, evolution and support of such solution and system.
  • Team management to achieve the goal for implementation and maintenance of digital manufacturing IT solutions

Responsibilities & Activities

  • Lead the digital project management methodology and lead the regional implementation project, including
  • Prestudy
  • Gap analysis
  • Project team setup
  • Coordinate of hardware purchase
  • Coordinate system configuration and testing (workStations, PLC, etc )
  • Coordinate cut over and hypercare
  • Write & perform functional test cases consistent with test scenarios
  • Perform the tests & monitor the ones carried out by keyusers
  • Help for key User training in collaboration with global & regional BPO
  • Organize and deliver training for local plant team
  • Deploy global core model while take into account the local/regional specific needs and requirements
  • Manage the project with necessary deliverables, milestones and communication by meetings or necessary means

Change management

  • Assist in the relation between Business( Automation/Industrial/Manufacturing) and IT
  • Collaborate with BPO to complete the specifications compliance with the solution
  • Participate in the collection of business processes
  • Participate in system evolution discussion

After go live support

  • Organize and coordinate with level 1 (plant IT), level2 support(external partner and OPAS expertise)
  • Engage Core Team if needed
  • Participate and review the support in status meeting (plant, service provider Regional team, Core Team)

Ordinary IT Tasks

  • Provide IS & S operation reports and communicate with local management about PES/MES/Shopfloor issues, evolutions and improvement plan ,etc
  • Other duties as assigned

Basics Task or requirements:


  • Must successfully complete all PLASTIC OMNIUM required training
  • Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures
  • Must comply with all safety rules and regulations

Personal Background

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Industrial data processing or equivalent combination of education and experience with emphasis on project Management and Infrastructure support
  • Minimum 3/5 years manufacturing/Automotive industry experience required
  • In depth understanding of shopfloor IT infrastructure, like cabling, PLC automation etc.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
  • English writing and speaking is a must

Job Technical skills

  • Understanding of OPC server
  • Understanding of industrial connection (RS232, Ethernet )
  • Understanding of automation and PLC (Siemens)
  • PLC programing is a plus
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process
  • Experience with SQL, BS structure
  • Hands on experience with Apriso Flexenet is highly preferred
