In the Product Experience team, distributed between Chicago, Paris, The Hague, we are currently looking for a Product Operations Manager.

Your goal will be to help a company's cross-functional product team operate. This role will be responsible for maturing our customer-first, outcome-driven product development process and framework.


Bring the customers into our products - understanding behavior, attitudes, and needs to build the right product is the motto of the Product Insight entity.

You will report directly to the Product Insight Lead.


Your mission:

  • You will improve our processes to streamline product management
  • You will maintain templates, guides, frameworks, and howto references and resources so the product team can operate efficiently.
  • You will partner with the relevant stakeholders (e.g., Product Management, Product Research/Design, Growth Product Manager, Product Documentation, Release Management, Scrummaster, Customerfacing teams, Engineering, etc.).
  • You will lead the implementation and adoption of tools that collect, analyze, and report qualitative and quantitative product usage data. The adoption by the product team will be critical to enlightening their product design, roadmaps, and positioning.
  • You will manage the many tools (for road mapping, feedback management, prototyping, product usage analytics, etc.) the product team uses or doesn't use yet.
  • You will facilitate the experimentation and the innovation by putting in place experimental programs to increase product launch quality and timeliness of delivery to our customers.
  • You will understand the perspective of the client and the business/field by helping the Product Team to take actions and integrate their needs for solution adoption.
  • You will define, track, and measure product operation performance KPIs to improve strategy.

Work Experience:

  • You have a minimum of 6+ years in this similar role in a B2B tech/product company, with a portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g., case studies, processes, training support, tool implementation, etc.).
  • You have experience working in a collaborative team and directly with a large Product team (from Group Product Managers to Release managers or Designers, etc) and customerfacing teams (Marketing to Professional Services or Presales, Customer Success Managers, etc).
  • You have already led a change management program.
  • You have experience with an international company and have already worked with different countries (cultures, time zones).
  • You have experience in our product management tools suite (e.g., Productboard, Pendo, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Salesforce, Miro, Axure, Sketch, SurveyMonkey, etc).
Your Skills

  • Expert in product management best practices (e.g., customercentricity, discovery, delivery, continuous improvement, etc.) and how it can facilitate the product organization's collaboration.
  • Expert in Change management framework.
  • Team player with the ability to interface and build relations at all levels.

  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Solid problemsolving abilities you can cut through the noise and laser focus on what matters.

Education

  • You hold a Master degree in the Product Management field, Project / Program Management field, Data management or a related field.

Languages :
Fluency in French and in English
