Description
The Program manager is responsible for the operational execution multi years with public contract: aviation parts supply and stocking, customer response, parts delivery at highest
service level being complaint with contract commitments, SLAs, constraints and opportunities.
Job responsibilities include (non-limitative list) ;

  • Coordinate with key Functional Headquarters departments (among which Sourcing,
Purchasing, Pricing, Product Development) to ensure proper ramp up and execution in his program, with training and development for continual improvement.

  • Manage key indicators such as:
  • Level of service
  • On time deliveries
  • Penalties (to be minimized)
  • Order entry
  • Open orders
  • Quotes
  • Warehouse shipment quality including packing list
  • Freight / transportation costs
  • Inventory accuracy
  • Compliance with customer administrative rules
  • Certificate of conformity
  • Inventory obsolescence and carrying costs
  • Customer Service time to execute
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Customer service
  • Ensure time to execute KPIs are at expected level
  • Training
  • Service levels
  • Work with Supply Chain team to ensure tools and inventory are in place to achieve company's SLAs, including time to quote and time to fulfill customer orders.
  • Anticipate action plans to minimize penalties
  • Management responsibility
  • Customer relationship management (key accounts)

  • Indirect shared management or coordination and transverse collaboration
  • CSR team
  • Sourcing
  • Purchasing
  • Pricing
  • Warehousing
  • Company Ambassador with Contract Consortium and Customer
  • Represent our company in meetings and interactions with Partners and Customer
  • Prepare, present and report KPIs and meeting support documentation
  • Handle minutes of meetings and action plan follow up
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in parts and distribution management in BtoB
  • Business and customer oriented, strongly focused on customer satisfaction and value
creation

  • Experienced in project management and new activity development
  • Leadership experienced, goal oriented, motivational individual, with coaching skills, able
to put the best out of his team and colleagues. Organized, structured and strong 6S
approach.

  • Team player able to navigate in fast paced, matrix organization
  • Capacity to creatively think out of the box and anticipate / propose changes and
solutions

  • Good interpersonal skills, makes positive impact on counterparts and all stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and work well under pressure, very much hands
- on, able to replace CSR when needed

  • Advanced excel and database management knowledge, ability to learn and utilize
company ERP, capacity to deep dive into ERP and database structure
