Description
Colonies is a leading real estate and property management company operating in France, Belgium and Berlin, Germany. Our team, comprised of experts in real estate, renovation, and operations, is dedicated to providing great housing solutions. We are currently seeking a RevOps Specialist to join our Revenue team.

Lead qualification:


  • Pitch our product and qualify the lead's profile / research by using Colonies tools (website, knowledge base, backoffice)
  • Potentially offer alternative solutions in other Colonies residences
  • Document properly the Sales notes & status of the lead in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Followup each lead at every status of the sales process (new lead, lead to chase, followup needed, qualified lead)

  • Check the validity of documents provided by the potential customers

Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all prospect interactions and lead status in Salesforce
  • Provide insights and feedback to the Sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and qualification processes

Objectives:

Fixed term contract (CDD), ideally from June to September.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service role, preferably in a B2C environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
