  • Supporting the Global IT Director, responsibilities include but are not limited to :_
  • Assist in the installation of new and existing hardware and software;
  • Assist in the setup of new IT equipment and users, including laptops and mobile phones;
  • Provide training of IT systems to all new employees;
  • Provide technical support for all company users;
  • Ability to diagnose IT faults both onsite and remotely;
  • Fault troubleshooting and resolving problems or issues in a quick and efficient manner;
  • Assist in the definition and implementation of procedures relating to technical support activities;
  • Liaising with HR Manager to facilitate desk relocations as required moving PC's/Phones etc;
  • Have an understanding of inhouse database systems and active directory administration and responsible for managing this;
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory of all hardware and software;
  • Responsible for maintaining stocks of all print consumables, placing orders as requested;
  • Research and evaluate new equipment, software and services, assisting in capacity planning system upgrading and design;
  • Coordinate with other IT team members to execute his activities when required;
  • Undertake adhoc daily tasks as required.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • University Degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum of two years in a similar support role
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Products and Apple Products included but not limited to: Microsoft Office 365; Microsoft Office 2010; Windows 7 & 10; Exchange 2013 and/or Office 365 Exchange Admin; Current versions of iOS; LAN Support and Network Support; Printer Support;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to work both autonomously and under direction;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and confident to deal with all levels of staff across the business
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete a project accurately and on time
  • Flexible in approach and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • A keen interest in all aspects of IT, including Programming/Networks/PC Support.
  • Mastery of English essential

Permanent contract position open from now at the Paris office. Weekly movements in the different offices of our Group agencies.
