Role Purpose

The role is responsible for supporting the planning, developing, and launching marketing initiatives to support our Capital Markets business in France across asset types (Office, Retail, Residential, I&L, H&H and Alternative sectors).

The person in this role will partner with the Head of Capital Markets in France to support business growth and strengthen JLL's market positioning through relevant marketing campaigns & local initiatives.

Duties will include marketing planning, campaign development, co-ordination of rollouts, digital marketing, events management, content writing & distribution and support of CM communications (internal and external).

The person will be interacting with various teams across the organization, including Global / Regional marketing team, Research team in France, business consultants from the FR capital markets team, along with the extended marketing team

What this job involves


Marketing Alignment & Development:


Business Alignment - Work hand in hand with the French Capital markets team to understand business, market outlook, key priorities and how these incorporate into the global Capital markets ones to support the growth of the business and boost JLL's brand awareness.

Marketing Development and Execution Support - Support the development of campaigns and initiatives in line with these priorities, either locally or as part of globally driven campaigns, working closely with key stakeholders in Capital Markets team, marketing teams (local, regionoal & global) as well as internal centers of excellence (COEs ) such as digital, brand, comms, events, etc
Project Management Coordination - Partner with the Global / Regional / Local marketing teams on initiatives & campaign to operationalize roll out and localize relevant campaigns


Marketing:

Strategic Marketing - Regularly review competitive positioning vs. market, benchmark key FR competitors vs. JLL in terms of product offerings, marketing and communication initiatives

Collateral Development - Lead the development and publication of marketing collaterals fit for the FR market, aligned with Capital Markets' global value proposition and messaging (brochures, reports, case studies, videos, newsletters) and other promotional materials to support Capital markets expertise & know-how.

Client Communications - Partner with the Communication Center of Excellence to coordinate the creation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc client communications, including effective use of the firm's client relationship management (CRM) system and support strategic internal initiatives.

Event Management - Orchestrate & bring to live Client Events to push JLL's brand awareness - including content strategy, messaging, and creative execution, event promotion, event management and post event follow up.

Campaign Localization - Roll out relevant Global / Regional Campaigns in partnership with global & regional marketing teams, tailoring content & messaging to the local market and audience as needed.

Measurement - Provide measurement and ROI analysis across projects and campaigns.


Administration:


Work with Creative Services (the firm's internal production team) to ensure that all marketing materials adhere to the JLL's brand guidelines.

Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies, when required, to amplify our marketing initiatives.
Manage budget & project schedules
Track marketing and communications metrics and generate monthly/quarterly reports
Participate and be the representative for marketing in Capital markets key stakeholder meetings (manager's meeting, investor board,) to present marketing initiatives and insights
