MISSIONS
Reporting to Gatling's Chief Revenue Officer, what will you do?
-
Prospect discovery & Qualification: Build relationships with prospects to identify

business goals, challenges and limitations with their current load testing

approach/solutions;
-
Product demonstration: Master Gatling's product capabilities (features, integrations,

architecture, CI/CD, offering, security, etc.) and address a wide variety of business

and technical concerns through a customized and differentiated product capability

demonstration;
-
Technical workshops: Lead technical workshops to shape and refine the proposed

load testing solution with Lead developers, DevOps engineers, or senior Executive

audiences, especially during Proof-of-Concepts;

Consultative selling: Develop comprehensive Gatling solutions that transform the

load testing framework of prospects, and shape prospects planning strategy beyond

their current state as supported by relevant proof-points from our customer use cases;

Services scoping: Design, scope, and estimate the professional services for

prospects and customers;
-
Technical support: Support the customer success and account management team in

responding to user's technical questions and services requests;

Training: Provide in-house training for to Gatling members to enhance their

knowledge of the product;

Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Marketing

team to deliver on prospect needs to improve product, processes and customer

experiences;

Presales process: Strategize with Sales team members to develop and improve the

presales process;

Market and competitive intelligence:Keep up to date with our solution features and

product roadmap, as well as comparisons with our competitors.


PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Who are you?

  • Master's degree in engineering, computer science, data science or a similar field.
  • Highlymotivated to learn and develop your sales skills in a fastgrowing tech
company;

  • Dynamic, agile and always positive;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and adept at working with multiple
stakeholders;

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills;
  • Significant experience as Presales / Solutions Consultant;
  • Strong knowledge of performance tools or related developer tools;
  • You speak English fluently. You have strong written and verbal communication skills
in English and French;

  • Well organized and manage your time wisely, always seeking for productivity quick
wins;

  • You have previous experience in a SaaS company.
