Job Summary:


As part of a replacement Tetra Pak Processing Equipment, SAS France is currently looking for a business controller (F/M) - CDI to join our entity based in May-sur-Èvre (near Nantes/Angers) specializing in Powder Handling with necessary travels within Europe.


What you will do:


Assignment(mission):
Reporting directly to the Finance & Business Control manager, the controller will have to carry out the following missions, with the main objective of being a real "Business partner"

Guarantor of the reliability of the entity's results, you are responsible for producing result indicators and support operational staff in understanding their results and monitor their activities.

As a member of the World Class Manufacturing "costs" pillar, the controller will actively work towards achieving the company's "zero losses" objective

  • Your main missions are organized around 4 axes
  • Control all business financial aspects (projected costs and project progress, invoicing and margins, expenses (monthly provisions, deviations from the budget), stocks, occupancy rate, etc.)
  • Prepare the monthly reporting of the entity and contribute to the analysis of the results
  • Build budgets and forecasts in conjunction with operational managers
  • As a true Business Partner, provide relevant analysis tools to effectively manage the activity You bring strong financial leadership through a resultsoriented operational vision, collaborative working relationships and true professionalism. You develop a real Business Partnering to challenge and support the actions necessary to achieve the objectives.

We believe you have:


Required profile Skills, Diploma, and Experience:

  • Bachelor ́s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related, you have significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, ideally in the industrial sector and in a matrix environment.
  • You master the use of finance ERP and Excel. Knowledge of SAP/BO is an asset.
  • You have strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data from multiple sources.
  • Your interpersonal skills and your ability to interact with demanding interlocutors will allow you to succeed in this position.
  • Fluent English required (> TOEIC 750)
  • WCM (World Class Management) knowledge and experience are considered a strong plus, working on continuous improvements and our "no waste" best practices.
