Job Description:

The Director FP&A AccorInvest hotels Southern Europe is responsible for the financial projection and analysis of the AccorInvest hotels in Southern Europe and will report to the VP Finance Operations AccorInvest Europe.

He will be the finance co-pilot of the COO AccorInvest hotels in Southern Europe and will provide financial expertise and decision support to the operations teams.

He will be accountable for the financial performance of the scope.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Finance co-pilot of the COO AccorInvest hotels in Southern Europe;
Provide financial expertise and decision support to the operations teams;
Member of the CODIR Operations AccorInvest Southern Europe;
Accountable for the financial performance of the scope;
Management of a team located in Southern Europe.

He/she will be responsible for:

Financial Planning and Analysis for the hotel scope:

Accountable for the financial performance of the scope;
Assess Risks and opportunities;
Monitor Accounts Receivable and push for cash collection
Lead forecast and budget processes

Leadership:

Support COO AccorInvest Operations Southern Europe and the leadership team
Lead, manage, train and grow the finance team
Challenge business plans for investment projects
Support churn mitigation

External relationships:

Be the Accor Finance representative in discussions with AccorInvest in Southern Europe
Lead or colead negotiations

Where applicable and assigned, actively participate in special projects

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES:

Master's degree in finance, FP&A, ideally extensive knowledge of Hotel Management Agreements

Finance, legal, accounting, hotel operations skills
Team Leadership
Strong internal and external communication skills
Establishing and maintaining a strong internal and external network
Business partnering
English a Must, French or another European language a plus
Cultural adaptability

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

10 years of experience. Hospitality industry a plus
