    By integrating AbbVie, you will play a pivotal role in bringing impactful medicines to people throughout the world by proactively hold direct responsibility for the development and effective implementation of a local marketing plan for the product(s) within Medical Aesthetics. Key member of the National/International Region MA Marketing team provides input to International (region) marketing planning and leads the in-country Franchise activities to ensure close alignment between International (region) brand strategy and local implementation within country. Develop and direct local campaigns and events to provide value-added content.

    Within this context, your principal responsibilities will be to

    • Define and implement the digital marketing strategy creating a new environment and promoting the client-laboratory link in different communication channels.
    • Manage and analyze the insights and the competition to make recommendations to manage the brands. Develop the launch strategies, and marketing strategies, involving consumers through their brand experience. Manage the category/s of products based on field insigts, market insights and competition and deploy the activation plan. Implement the commercial strategy hand in hand with the commercial and training teams, coordinate the deployment of the appropriate supports (tools, DSA ...).
    • Define marketing strategy mix for the category (IMC/ POS /Digital /Retail/ CRM/ Medical Visit).
    • Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities within the category.
    • Guarantee brand identity and heritage to ensure all actions are consistent with the common objective and enrich the brand.
    • Deploy the brand plan for every slot trade and adaptation of communication media (POS visibility, images, websites).
    • Analyze consumer insights and competition to make recommendations to managers.
    • Collaborate with field forces, customers and partner agencies to ensure the success of marketing strategies.
    • Analyze KPI and market performance.
    Qualifications

    To be considered for this role, you should hold a PhD or University Degree or equivalent (preferably Business/Marketing or Science). You should also have a minimum of 5 years of Marketing B2B2C experience in pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Aesthetics industry

    Fluency in local language and in English (written and verbal).

    Extensive travel within Country and within EU (20%).
