En partenariat avec un établissement de formation réputé, nous offrons une alternance en pâtisserie qui permettra à l'apprenti(e) de joindre notre équipe créative et dédiée, tout en se formant pour obtenir un CAP Pâtissier.
Le poste est à pourvoir au sein de notre entreprise partenaire. Aucun frais a prévoir pour le candidat qui sera libre de choisir son école.
Description du poste :
En tant qu'apprenti pâtissier, vous aurez l'occasion de plonger dans le monde enchanté de la pâtisserie et de contribuer à :
• La préparation et la réalisation de desserts, gâteaux, et autres douceurs, en respectant nos recettes traditionnelles tout en apportant une touche de créativité.
• L'apprentissage et la maîtrise des techniques de base et avancées en pâtisserie, incluant le travail du chocolat, la pâte à choux, les crèmes et les décorations fines.
• Le respect strict des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité, ainsi que des procédures de qualité.
• La participation à la conception de nouvelles recettes et à la mise en place de présentations attractives pour nos vitrines.
• L'interaction avec la clientèle pour comprendre et répondre à leurs attentes, garantissant ainsi une expérience client exceptionnelle.
Profil recherché :
Nous cherchons un(e) apprenti(e) dynamique et créatif(ve), ayant une forte passion pour l'art de la pâtisserie et souhaitant s'engager dans un parcours d'apprentissage enrichissant :
• Une grande motivation pour apprendre et se perfectionner dans le métier de pâtissier.
• Un esprit créatif et innovant, capable d'apporter de nouvelles idées et de s'adapter aux tendances actuelles.
• Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe, à communiquer clairement et à maintenir un environnement de travail organisé.
• Aucune expérience préalable nécessaire, mais une forte appétence pour la pâtisserie et un désir d'excellence sont essentiels.
