- Team Management and Leadership: You will lead store managers and support service directors through regular meetings, track action plans, and maintain cohesion among various operational groups. You will ensure a strong team spirit and commitment.
- Quality Assurance and Procedures: You will guarantee customer service quality by harmonizing operational procedures and ensuring their strict compliance throughout the organization.
- Financial Management and Resource Optimization: In close collaboration with site managers, you will enhance the profitability of the different establishments by establishing, optimizing, and closely monitoring budgets. You will control expenses and purchases, plan equipment investments and maintenance, and ensure proper use of allocated financial resources.
- Commercial Development and Marketing: You will supervise the company's commercial and marketing policies, seek entry into new markets, and implement marketing strategies tailored to each business segment. You will also be responsible for negotiating and renegotiating essential contractual terms.
- Human Resources Management: You will directly supervise all human resources activities, including recruitment, management of employment contracts, approval of leaves and absences, and compliance with labor laws. You will also ensure compliance with safety standards for employees and company assets.
- Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure strict compliance with various applicable regulations, including those related to safety, labor, taxation, customs, competition, and GDPR.
- Reporting and Communication: You will prepare monthly and annual reports for shareholders, presenting social, commercial, and financial assessments, and propose strategic adjustments based on unforeseen circumstances.

- Experience and Leadership: You need at least 10 years of experience as Operations Director, General Manager, or Regional Director, demonstrating the ability to successfully lead growth and optimization strategies. You are known for your ability to rally and lead high-level teams.
