An international data centre main contractor in search of a Mechanical Project Manager on their £75 million data centre based in Paris.

This thriving main contractor specialise primarily in Data-centre projects across major cities in Europe, this business boast turnover of Circa €900 million.


Responsibilities

  • Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Project Team, Consulting Engineer and Client requirements
Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minuted meeting with sub-contractor.

  • Issue external weekly progress report, to all stakeholders, highlighting areas not available, and delays, shortage of design, third party hold ups and percentage
  • Ensure all Subcontractor documentation including safety documentation is maintained up to date and filed for future reference.
  • Close out of all project items including Final Account, O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, Material and Plant relocations, Project Plan all with the Support of your Project team.

Requirements:


  • Mechanical Engineering degree is desriable
  • Data Centre experience is desirable

Salary:
From 80,000.00€ per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Paris (75): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- mechancial: 3 years (required)
