- Represent the company, ensuring that all dealings with clients and our hotels are conducted in a professional manner upholding the Shangri-La image.
- Work in co-ordination with the AVP Global Sales (Europe) to produce the annual strategy plan and GSO Paris budget for French speaking source markets and Spain.
- Build a clear plan to achieve the agreed goals and objectives set out in the annual sales plan.
- Manage key corporate accounts, RFPs and respective TMC relationships with a global approach to account management, expanding our reach in order to grow market share.
- Focus on key MICE accounts to ensure maximum exposure is secured for our hotels at every opportunity, and handle group requests and follow-ups with our hotel teams.
- Maintain and further develop business from luxury & leisure travel agents and agency partners to achieve or exceed targeted revenue goals.
- Plan and execute our participation at market related trade shows, exhibitions, and sales missions.

You should be an experienced hotel salesperson (minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role) currently working within French speaking source markets. You should be good at problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
