Principales responsabilités
- Manager les équipes de fabrication et maintenance sur lignes (développer les compétences des collaborateurs, réaliser leurs entretiens, définir leurs besoins de formation…)
- Organiser le travail quotidien de l'atelier à partir des plannings de production,
- Suivre les lancements de production et les contrôles en cours de production,
