- Identifying new market opportunities and potential customer segments
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels

- Leading and managing a team of digital marketing specialists
- Generating reports on marketing campaign performance and presenting insights to the executive team

- This role is directly reporting to the Head of Growth
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
- Experience with setting up the analytics department (together with a software solution and team).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization software like Power BI.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and KPIs, such as conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and ROI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Experience with analyzing and connecting data also with supply chain, planning together with sales and marketing
- Experience with forecasting for finance, supply chain, and sales.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment

- A track record of leading diverse and inclusive teams
- Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to extract datadriven and informed decisions
