  • Identifying new market opportunities and potential customer segments
  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Staying uptodate with the latest marketing trends and best practices
  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop engaging and bestselling content
  • Leading and managing a team of digital marketing specialists
  • Generating reports on marketing campaign performance and presenting insights to the executive team
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as data privacy and consumer protection.
  • This role is directly reporting to the Head of Growth

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Experience with setting up the analytics department (together with a software solution and team).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization software like Power BI.
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts and KPIs, such as conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience with analyzing and connecting data also with supply chain, planning together with sales and marketing
  • Experience with forecasting for finance, supply chain, and sales.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • A passion for growing and an undeniable desire to succeed
  • A track record of leading diverse and inclusive teams
  • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to extract datadriven and informed decisions
