This is a unique opportunity to lead the next generation of one of the world's biggest and most iconic test and-measurement companies, passionate about accelerating the realization of innovative, world-changing technologies.

This leader will be instrumental in driving the transformation to a dynamic and innovative solutions organization enabling the digital revolution.

Responsibilities Include

Driving go-to-market strategy for the region, consistently achieving targets and grow business across all Tektronix and Keithley portfolio.
Develop & implement a regional sales plan aligned to the commercial priorities.
Leverage sales, technical support, BU engagement and marketing to complete strategies to win in a competitive marketplace.

Inspire change through process and metrics-driven leadership, emphasizing funnel development, diversification of customer base and outstanding customer experience with Tektronix.

Mentor and develop an "always prospecting" culture inside the organization to go to new customers and build sustained growth year after year.

Ensure consistent accuracy on weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and business field to drive revenue within your region; demonstrate financial responsibility to achieve margin targets.

Strategically engage with key customer stakeholders and diverse set of partners. Expectation is that this person will be 60%+ of the time in contact with customers & partners.
Lead and build followership through transformation and create a vision to align stakeholder engagement.
Build and champion a high-performance sales team and establish a team that people want to work with.
Create a culture of high performance & accountability across the team, develop talent inside the organization.

Degree in Electronics or Telecommunication Engineering
French speaker, proficient in English


Demonstrated ability in sales:
developing deep, delivering strong sales plan and associated execution, collaborative relationships with customers and partners
Proven experience leading a regional sales team with a track record of consistent results
Channel experience, success crafting, driving and growing high-value-add channel partners
Strong executive presence with great communication and a growth mindset
Proven high-intensity, high-initiative approach towards owning and growing the business
Ability to assimilate information from multiple sources to accelerate or course correct
Experience in Test & Measurement equipment sales, including complete solution selling approach (hardware, Software and Services)
