Job Description:

- Location: Chicago, USA - working onsite 2-3 days/week

We are looking for a DevOps & Cloud engineer to join one of our clients, a software company providing wireless network design and optimization products to operators and vendors.

The main responsibilities would be to:

Provide support on the deployment of our products in Public Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for our customers and/or POCs/demos
Provide support on Naos services deployment in K8s environments (onpremise or as a managed service) for our customers or POCs/demos
Help design the best system architectures for K8s and/or cloud deployments
Work closely with our Product & Sales Teams (France & Chicago) to define best practices and/or assistance on technical specifications
Provide technical training to our customers or our internal teams on cloud services & orchestration

Qualifications:

The following languages/tools/technologies are required for this position:

Degree in software engineering (MSc)
28 years of experience
1 year of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Public Cloud services (AWS, Azure & GCP)
Python coding
Relational Databases (PostGreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server), and NoSQL Database (MongoDB, etc.)
Linux & Windows
Scripting (PowerShell & Bash)
Agile & CI/CD pipelines

The following skills are a plus:

Monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana, Elastic)
C# or C++
Experience with REST APIs
