Are you an expert administrator who thrives on working with a variety of customers? Do you like the idea of utilizing a resource system on the daily to manage workflow? If so, then an
Order Administrator role with us might be what you're looking for.

As part of our Order administration team, you'll be at the forefront of our business and bringing our solutions to our customers.


Your days will be filled with

  • Acquisition and administrative processing of customer orders in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012)
  • Billing of completed sales orders
  • Answering telephone customer requests
  • Maintaining master data in the ERP system
  • Sales order and Repair order handling
  • Price and license administration in ERP
  • Information to customers about changes in delivery dates
  • Procurement (send purchase orders, confirm purchase orders, receive goods)
  • Reports

Your skills and competencies are...
- at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position

  • Language skills, fluent in English and Spanish both in writing and speaking
  • Analytical and process oriented
  • Able to understand customers need

    Your days will be filled with
  • Traitement administratif des commandes clients dans le système ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012)
  • Facturation des commandes clients terminées, avoirs
  • Répondre aux demandes téléphoniques des clients
  • Mise à jour des données dans le système ERP
  • Gestion des commandes clients et des ordres de réparation
  • Administration des prix et des licences dans ERP
  • Communication auprès des clients concernant les délais de livraison
  • Approvisionnement (envoi et confirmation des bons de commande et réception des marchandises)

Your skills and competencies are...

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire
  • Maitrise du Pack Office
  • Anglais et Espagnol courant
  • Orienté satisfaction client
