We have a great opportunity for an
HRBP with a main focus on France, and additional EMEA countries. This role will be based in Rueil Malmaison (Paris area) with hybrid facilities.


What YOU will do here at LifeScan:

We have an exciting role for an experienced and results-driven HR Leader to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

You will be responsible to deploy the HR strategy within France & additional countries, and be the business Partner of the country leaders.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Business Partner to Leader
  • Transformation of People-Centered Programs and Policies
  • Culture & Values Advancement
  • Performance Management Partner
  • Onboarding / Objectives & Goal Setting / Offboarding
  • Manage the endtoend process of core HR functional transactions related to workforce management of employees and nonemployees within the HCM system.
  • Develop schedule, communicate, and implement audits to ensure process flow and data integrity of transaction are in compliance with federal, local, and state regulations, and company policies/procedures.
  • Collaborate with regional HR Business Partners and Leaders to process complex separations.
  • Stay informed of key HR issues/events and regulatory changes that impact workforce management processes.
  • Partner and advice on talent development by providing guidance and leadership to Leaders.
  • Partner with HR teams and stakeholders across the organization to foster a team environment promoting open communication.
  • Continue positive collaboration and oversight of Work Council where applicable experience with Work Council in France required.
  • Promote employee engagement, review performance, identify training needs, and create plans of action for corrective measures as necessary.
  • Leverage company resources to reduce cycle time, improve performance, adapt to changing business needs, and improve responsiveness.
  • Review procedures for continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with established guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and delegate functional records and reports as needed; Produce and communicate reports as needed by other functional areas and facilities.

About YOU:


To be successful in this role, you will have a BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field, with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in HR in France (experience with Work Council in France required).


You should also be:

  • Fluent in English and French
