You'll work with robots on wheels - it's way too cool:

You'll dive deep into your field of expertise, and really make it work:

Becoming our new Technical Support Engineer responsible for Southern Europe - and MEA you will be working with cutting-edge technology daily and become a part of our great technical support team.

Your daily work will be focused on the French region, and will have a home office. Additionally, you will have 80 days of travel activity per year.

  • Your tasks and responsibilities will include:_
  • Daily level 1 support for troubleshooting both on hardware and software related issues
  • Document findings from the field
  • Support the technical communication team located in technical support department
  • Conduct training activities
  • Actively participate in cross project and knowledge transfer initiatives across functional teams where possible
  • Monitor support issues and maintain entries in TestRail/Salesforce so that product issues are actively managed and tested as they are resolved
  • Collaborate with R&D on the creation of test plans, testing of products, problem analysis/ troubleshooting based on customer feedback

You've got what it takes to fit in at the frontier of robotics:

However, we do expect that you'll bring the following:

  • You have an engineering degree, and it would be beneficial if you have work experience in robotics and/or industrial automation or similar
  • You have a good understanding of software and hardware
  • Due to the market you will cover, it is essential that you both speak and write English on a professional level. It is essential, that you are fluent in French.
As a person, you are self-motivated, outgoing and thrive in an international environment. You work independently, are full of initiatives and have a great drive. Your work is based on sense of responsibility and proactiveness. You solve your tasks with enthusiasm and are organized.
