Automotive Cells Company (ACC) est une co-entreprise créée à l'été 2020 par
Saft-Total, le
Groupe PSA et Opel (devenus
Stellantis depuis)et
Mercedes-Benz.

Notre ambition est de produire des batteries au meilleur niveau technologique tout en rendant la mobilité électrique accessible au plus grand nombre.


Pour donner vie à cette ambition, à la fois pour notre centre de R&D et notre ligne test en Nouvelle Aquitaine, mais aussi pour nos gigafactories dans les Hauts de France et en Allemagne nous recherchons des personnes
compétentes et agiles, notamment dans les domaines aussi diverses et variés que la R&D, l'industrialisation, la conception mécanique, les tests/prototypageset toute autre fonction d'une entreprise en pleine construction.

Job description:


_ Your main Missions in this apprenticeship will be :_

  • Review and draft nondisclosure agreement, purchasing agreement.
  • Track and summarize, if relevant, the latest information on legal matters.
  • Research and prepare legal memo for nonlawyers on various topics.
  • Draft or update legal policies, e.g., battery due diligence, personal data management, contract management.
  • Support the contract's system operation.
  • Assist the members of the legal teams on the different topics under the responsibility of the legal department, e.g., corporate, insurances, real estate, intellectual property, environment, compliance.

Profile:


_ Know How_

  • Good understanding of contract law
- logic sustaining the different applicable laws

  • Mathematical logic

_Qualifications_
On-going master in business law


_Key behaviour _

  • Conscientiousness, and pragmatic
  • Ability to understand the applicable regulations, and to summarize them
  • Interest for the digitalization, and office automation tools
