VOS MISSIONS
En tant que Chef(fe) de projet RH, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la mise en œuvre de notre feuille de route RH, avec des missions variées telles que :
L'évolution et l'animation de notre plateforme de formation digitale ;
- La promotion de la mixité, diversité et l'inclusion et les actions à mener sur ces enjeux en lien avec notre ambition d'employeur responsable;
- Le suivi d'un plan de transformation managériale visant à favoriser la responsabilité, la confiance et l'initiative ;
- La coordination du projet Mobilijobs, un événement digital du Groupe Crédit Agricole visant à faciliter les mobilités internes ;
- L'organisation d'un événement annuel pour tous les nouveaux arrivants.
Pour l'ensemble de ces initiatives, vous piloterez le reporting et assurerez le suivi des KPIs.
En collaboration avec la Direction de la Communication, vous contribuerez à la promotion de vos projets (propositions de contenus et médias de diffusion).
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des équipes RH à travers le monde et vous serez amené(e) à collaborer avec des partenaires externes.

Rigueur, capacité d'organisation et proactivité. Autonomie, curiosité et polyvalence. Aisance relationnelle et très bonnes qualités rédactionnelles.
Bonne maîtrise de pack office (notamment Excel et PowerPoint).
Vous lisez et écrivez l'anglais sans difficulté.
Si vous êtes doté (e) d'un bon relationnel, d'une capacité d'organisation reconnue et d'un esprit créatif, vous avez certainement le profil que nous recherchons
