The central asset management team supports TotalEnergies Renewables (REN) entities in their growth.
In this context, we are looking for our future

Global Asset Manager M/W, who will be responsible for supporting and supervising the operations and management of the assets and portfolios of the subsidiaries and JVs in Europe and the United States on technical, administrative, contractual and commercial matters.

The Recruited will be responsible for

-
the following tasks:

Be the main coordinator and faciliatory of assets and projects management:

Be the focal contact point of local asset management organizations.
Coordination with division, branch and company support departments (Finance, transaction, legal, engineering
One Tech, ).
Be a key participant to Local Business Units & hub strategical development decisions (M&A, market entries ).

Enhance projects & assets value:

Define and manage negotiation of frame agreement with strategic vendors and suppliers.
Ensure the proper operational and financial performance of projects and assets portfolios.
Overview actions and initiatives launched to enhance assets' performance.
Manage with M&A team, due diligence and integration of significant portfolios acquisitions.

Be responsible of global reporting and governance compliance:

Be accountable of the financial modelization of projects and assets, portfolios, in coordination with Structured finance department and local asset management teams for (Long term Plan, Budgets, ).
Support internal governance processes, compliance, safety and HSE. Prepare and review internal committees reports at all management levels (project steering, Division, Branch, COMEX, ).
Master's degree in engineering, business or economics/political sciences with a specialization in economics/finance/general engineering.
At least 10 years of experience in a consulting firm and/or in an industrial company, at least 5 years of significant experience in renewable energies, or in the management of power generation assets and in at least 2 of the following expertises:
Operation and management of assets or SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle); Management of JV & partners; Operation and maintenance of renewable assets;
Responsibility for P&L of subsidiaries or JVs, P&L analysis and project financing;
Management of complex contractual obligations, optimization of service and supply contracts (OPEX).
Significant international experience.
Proficiency in office tools (Power Point, Excel), Power BI is a plus.
Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
