Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Head of Campaigns (F/M/D) maternity cover, based in Paris.

About the role


Reporting to the VP of Brand & Marketing and as part of the Global Brand Marketing team, you will be the guardian of the Vestiaire Collective calendar and brand marketing team operations.


You will help drive collaboration across the business to ensure all channels and touchpoints are working together in synergy to drive the biggest impact and reach for our brand.


KPIS:


  • Quant: Effective budget management
  • Quant: Impressions delivered FY from fashion partnerships & entertainment partnerships + 360 channel KPI achievement as part of campaigns managed
  • Quant: Calendar is set for the following quarter by the end of the first month of the preceding quarter

What you'll be doing

Global Calendar

  • Lead completion of the Global calendar, ensuring teams are filling out on time and facilitate discussions to close gaps in the branding & engagement activations
  • Working with key stakeholders (Brand, Merch, Social), setting of monthly themes & briefing Creative team
  • Management of the content ecosystem, tracking and templating working closely with channels to sync
  • Coordination of the setting of the monthly theme / message including fashion editorial delivery.

Partnerships

  • Coordinate the global depository of partnerships, set and manage the pitching deck, ensure milestones are being met across key stakeholders
  • Manage the end to end campaign for RaaS & Non-Raas Fashion partnerships (taking on the briefing through to deployment across channels, globally
  • Manage the end to end outreach & 360 campaign production for global entertainment partnerships e.g. Netflix
  • Work with local partnership to support with the tools and needs to ensure

360 Campaigns

  • Support the brand team to build out 360 campaigns when and if needed e.g. FFban 2.0
  • Manage end to end 1 large scale campaign in 202
  • Manage end to end the fashion editorial campaigns. Working with critical teams (Merch, style) to set the themes & editorial

Operations

  • Manage the overall Creative team budget & process, ways of working working closely with the Creative Director to ensure projects are clearly mapped from calendar inclusion through to measurement output
  • Set templates for the business to use, briefs, project documents
  • Manage the overall budget for Brand & Marketing working closely with Finance.

Team Management

  • You will lead a small team of individual contributors x3 + an intern.

What you bring to the table
Your specific skill and experiences will ideally include the following:

  • Strong experience implementing marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing small (2030k budget) and large (500k1million) marketing campaign projects end to end.
  • Evidence of managing multiple complex work streams at once.
  • Experience with ecommerce (marketplace a bonus) KPIS and analytics for these campaigns (across a range of channels).
  • Management and leadership of a team of 24 people, significant experience of leading large cross functional team.
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal essential
  • Experience in dynamic, fast paced tech environments, fashion retail experience a bonus.
