Mobilize Lease&Co is a subsidiary of Mobilize Financial Services, its objective is to accelerate the deployment of operating lease offers and thus meet the new mobility needs of its customers.

Mobilize Lease&Co will develop usage-based solutions that include increasingly flexible leasing offers, as well as fleet management services through vehicle connectivity.

Mobilize Lease&Co's new offers will be progressively extended to several countries in Europe and Latin America, to retail customers, small and medium fleets large accounts as well as mobility operators.

Mobilize Lease&Co's aim is to reach a fleet size of 1 million vehicles by 2030, compared to 350,000 today.

TCO/TCU tool and concept implementation (Total Cost of Ownership / Total Cost of Usage)

Missions Detailed

Pricing: define in collaboration with Controlling the countries guidelines and following their implementation and monitoring
Pricing: to challenge the countries in all the elements of the offer construction and the spread benchmarks
Pricing: to implement and manage the Pricing Committee
Pricing: to assure the training both for Corporate and Countries
TCO-

TCU:
to lead the TCO-TCU share project

TCO-

TCU to work in collaboration with the Benchmark Specialist to industrialize the methodology

Be expert of OpLSG (Operating Lease) pricing understanding in detail all the aspects of Pricing and potentially proposing some adjustments on pricing tool

Cooperation with Brands/Countries/Internal and External Customers

Brands: Raise awareness on main Pricing & TCO-TCU sensibilities on Operating Lease Product
Countries: Train, Help, Be the referent on Pricing & TCO-TCU on Operating Lease Product
External Customers: KYC (Know Your Customer) to prioritize pricing topics to their needs
Internal Customers: Raise awareness on main Pricing & TCO-TCU sensibilities on Operating Lease Product with Corporate functions

Professional Competences:

Excel and Financial Mathematics expert
