Your Mission

  • As a Content Specialist, you help ensure our members have an enriching and trustworthy experience by creating customer support content that helps millions of our community members every day. You will directly report to our Content Manager and work within our Community Relations Content team.

Your responsibilities:

Request management: efficiently manage incoming content requests by understanding, reviewing, and preparing them, while ensuring a mínimal request backlog

Content creation: research, plan and produce English source content for a range of support channels (Help Centre, Agent templates)

Localization management: ensure that the content is adapted to the markets' specificities and coordinate the localization with the local content owners

Technical support implementation: ensure proficiency in using different tools to ensure streamlined content processes.


Your qualifications:


  • You've excellent skills in English (written and verbal)
  • You have previous experience writing content in English
  • You are detail oriented, structured and organized
  • You are resourceful and can adapt quickly, especially to various tools
  • Ability to take ownership, aligned with business priorities

Nice to have:

  • You have previous experience in a multicultural environment, successfully managing the challenges of working with different languages
  • You're fluent in French or other languages
