Alice&Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world's hardest problems.

The quantum computer we envision building is based on a new kind of superconducting qubit: the Schrödinger cat qubit. In comparison to other superconducting platforms, cat qubits have the astonishing ability to implement quantum error correction autonomously

We are at the forefront of the quantum race, competing with tech giants such as Google or IBM. We are growing fast, securing 30 million USD of funding in 2022 to develop our unique technology.

We are 80 and counting, between physicists, PhDs, engineers and experienced business professionals, all united in reaching our ambitious goal.

Role
We are seeking you to lead our global social media execution and growth.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to connect with our followers on existing platforms and ensure breakthroughs on new ones, generating engagement, and ultimately driving conversions.

You will gain a deep understanding of the Quantum Computing landscape and the operations of a cutting-edge tech company by working closely with product, engineering, and R&D teams.

Due to the significant impact these marketing activities have on our external communication, you will have exposure to the C-Level team.

As a Social Media Manager, you will report to the Marketing Manager and be part of a growing, committed, and dynamic marketing team


Your missions will include:

• Expand and grow our presence on new and existing platforms
• Create highquality content with and without the help of external providers and adapt said content to different platforms.
• Create, manage, and report on paid campaigns.
• Analyze and report the performance of our platforms to: Gain valuable insights and improve the understanding of our audiences.
• Inform the marketing and communication strategy.

Analyze and report the performance of our platforms to:

• Enhance top management visibility of communication activities.
• Suggest and implement new, innovative social media tactics to develop brand awareness and engage the community
• Monitor, benchmark, and research bestperforming communication trends to keep our image fresh and modern.
• Ensure that our pages are consistent in their tone, design, look, and feel.
• Engage with the quantum community in comments and threads

Requirements:

• 5 years of previous relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in managing and growing social media channels.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva, Figma, InDesign, Adobe Suite, and similar.
• Exceptional proficiency in written English.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts in simple ways.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Experience in a deeptech company or a scaleup is advantageous.
• Determination and passion for learning about quantum physics and computer science.
