Your field of responsibility


Join us as a Life Insurance Officer Assistant and you will actively support and develop our Life Insurance (LI) business in Paris (mainly for French residents) in close collaboration with the Private Bankers.

Your main responsibility will be the management of operations related to life insurance contracts. You will be to provide high quality support to the Life Insurance Middle Office.

You will be in charge of controlling the completeness of the life insurance operations for each insurer partner. You will be responsible for carefully and accurately monitoring the transactions and ensuring that they are properly finalized.

In this key central position, you will be the point of contact between insurance partners and private bankers. You will learn how each insurer operates, in order to support the private bankers in standard and complex cases.


This is the ideal opportunity to continue developing in-depth knowledge about Life Insurance in an international and multicultural organization as well as both your technical and interpersonal skills.

Your skills and experience
We are seeking an experienced professional who can demonstrate the following:

  • Master's degree in banking, finance, insurance
  • Knowledge of European Life Insurance environment (Investment solutions, Legal, Tax, Regulatory) and products for French residents (Belgian residents is a plus)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in French and in English
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, motivated, serviceoriented character and ability to multitask
  • MS Office skills
