If you are an International General Accountant with a minimum of 3 years experience, the following may be interesting for you

The International General Accountant Role

Member of the Finance Team, managed by the Accounting & Tax Director & her Deputy, and in collaboration with Billing or Controlling teams, you are in charge of accounting for a part of our European entities.

Recurring - Daily missions

Be part of the Purchase process (Order to Cash) by Checking & submitting for approval Vendor invoices in our OCR tool that automates the invoices booking into our ERP
Check & Approve Expense reports in our tool (synchronized with our ERP)
Prepare all payments to vendors or employees
Be responsible for bank, cash & treasury postings & reconciliations
Be the main contact for vendors or employees
Investigate Debtors Vendors

Closing Monthly

Calculate & post Month End Closing entries(payroll, D&A...)
Complete regular Balance sheet reviews, justify BS accounts, whilst improving processes
Reconcile & Match All kind of accounts (general, A/P, ICO...)

Other projects

Follow some KPI as cashflowor assets
Preparing tax returns
Helping in purchases reporting production
Garantee internal processes
Be part of new tools implementation team

It would be fantastic if you

Have min 3 years experience
Have BAC+2 or plus
Have IT knowledge (such as Excel)
Speak and write English fluently an additional language would be an asset
Are organised, know how to prioritise
Are comfortable with accounting principles & like figures
Are native or fluent in French
