This role is part of
MED PLANET, a Lyon based fieldwork agency and a wholly owned subsidiary of M3 Inc.

MED PLANET is a leading provider of data-collection services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. We specialize in conducting both qualitative and quantitative market research in France.


Responsibilities

  • Preparing quotes for clients
  • Following up on quotes
  • Working closely with the sales team
  • Distributing commissioned projects to the PMs.
  • Writing invoices on completion of projects
  • Following COS with supplier's invoices

Qualifications

  • 3 years industry experience in a healthcare agency delivering multichannel communication solutions
  • Experience in Healthcare (POM & consumer) essential
  • A creative and analytical mind, with a proven ability to interpret large amounts of information
  • Proactive and highly organised, with excellent project management skills and a proven ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with pharma approval software systems desired
  • Ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
  • High level customer relationship management skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships

  • 25 days Annual leave entitlement
  • You will be eligible to participate in the quarterly bonus scheme upon completion of your probationary period. This will be paid quarterly once probation has been passed.
