    Overview of the Position:

Otis is expanding its operations and is seeking a sales/service Commercial Engineer for its Portis entity in Bonneuil-sur-Marne. Reporting to the Branch Manager, your main goal is to drive sales growth through maintaining existing portfolios, securing new contracts, and potentially selling modernization and repair projects.
    During a typical day, you will:
    • Manage a portfolio of doors by maintaining good client relationships and serving as the main contact for quick issue resolution,
    • Increase sales of repair and modernization projects through networks and bids,
    • Develop your sales strategy to meet targets and ensure profitability,
    • Use Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipelines, and forecast sales outcomes,
    • Lead commercial negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure timely payments.
    What you need to succeed:
    • Previous significant experience in client portfolio management or sales of technical products in a similar sector,
    • Strong organizational skills and priority management,
    • Customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills,
    • Goal-oriented with the ability to work at a fast pace in a demanding and complex organization.
