Vos missions principales :
Au sein de l'équipe R & D, sous la responsabilité hiérarchique de la responsable de l'offre et en collaboration avec l'équipe composée d'un directeur de la création culinaire, d'une cheffe exécutive pâtissière et d'une chargée de développement, vous êtes en charge de :
• Concevoir les cartes et les produits « hors carte » en collaboration avec l'équipe R & D.
• Élaborer les fiches techniques, en lien avec la chargée de développement R&D.
• Superviser la présentation des nouveaux produits et validation de la carte en interne.
• Coordonner les relations avec les chefs extérieurs pour la réalisation de repas signatures.
• Former les équipes internes lors des lancements de nouvelles cartes/nouveaux produits.
• Se déplacer lors des prestations pour veiller au respect des fiches techniques et des standards de la Maison.
Vous êtes Ambassadeur Fleur de Mets sur les tests et les présentations clients.
Votre profil :
Expérience : Minimum 2 ans dans une fonction similaire ou proche,
Compétences requises : Maîtrise des normes HACCP, connaissance minimum des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word).
Qualités recherchées : Autonomie, rigueur, flexibilité, créatif, esprit d'équipe, capacité à gérer des environnements exigeants et à répondre à des situations d'urgence. Aisance relationnelle, capacité à parler en public et à adapter son discours et sa posture selon son interlocuteur, sens de la pédagogie.
