About The Role:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the management of logistics flows related to outbound, in relation with logistics and transport providers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the logistics and transport capacity:

Ensure the correct reception of the forecast:

Check the quality and reliability of the forecast provided (challenge sales if necessary) and communicate it to the service provider
Plan needs with the provider to optimise needs and costs (shipments, returns, bundles etc.)
Monitor the quality of the forecast/identify the risks of delay on the orderbook and communicate impacts and actions to be taken to sales and customer service
Establish the transport plan for the direct activity in relation to the capacity of the service provider and the forecast
Identify problems and be proactive in finding solutions and notifying our customers to ensure customer satisfaction

Outbound:

Be responsible for all deliveries Direct and Indirect are delivered on time and control that all orders transmitted to warehouse has been collected by courier, dispatch and deliver on time vs Delivery promise.

KPI:

Be responsible to gather monthly and weekly delivery KPI, analysis and propose improvements to increase SLA.

Concession and Store supply chain management:

Carry out replenishment of stores and concessions
Ensure quality of service and compliance with delivery instructions
Be the main supply contact for the concessions and stores
Identify and solve the different problems encountered by the stores/concessions (looker, migo etc...)

Master data:

price management:

Mapping all pricing conditions in the system according to the information given by the Sales/Categ

Logistic management of market places:

Main contact with sales
Prepare activations with sales/customers/logistics provider
Anticipate activities (consumables, volumes, etc.) and set up the transport plan
Followup of the forecast

Continuous improvement:

Optimise direct/indirect transport flows
Propose and implement new transport solutions (customer experience, costs, productivity)
Followup of projects to improve the quality of service of service providers (customer experience, costs, productivity)
