Description

As a Painting Sales Representative M/W, your main mission is to achieve, through your strong technical expertise and commercial skills, assigned sales objectives by relying on the acquisition of new prospects and the retention of existing customers.

Your sector covers the eastern half of France.

You will be based in the eastern half of France, Strasbourg or Lyon.

You will report to Market Manager France.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and develop the customer portfolio by identifying prospects on different paint technologiesand transform opportunities into sales through active promotion of our product offers.
  • You successfully lead new customer projects/product opportunities:
  • Define and translate the client's technical specifications.
  • Implement and manage the strategy defined by segment managers within your scope.
  • Carry out group reporting (CRM) and develop and manage an opportunity pipeline in the CRM
  • Prepare sales budgets in conjunction with the market manager and provide sales forecasts each month

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of specialized Chemistry/Technical training in Engineering School or training
  • You have significant experience of 5 years in a technical world, ideally painting in both formulation and technical assistance.
  • Your sense of negotiation and responsibility, and your taste for results are key skills to succeed in this position
  • Fluent English would be a plus, intermediate level (A2) at least.
  • Perfect knowledge of Pack Office is required.
