You will be capable of leading and driving forward technically demanding projects and have the flexibility and communication skills to operate effectively with other teams across Stryker.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with development teams to implement appropriate security measures to protect our ecosystem against threats.
- Drive the implementation of DevSecOps pipelines to continuously enhance the robustness of our products, meeting the organization's security requirements
- Lead cybersecurity risks and threats analyses of our ecosystem
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and related standards (eg : ISO27001, HIPAA, CMMC, ENISA, NIS...) as well as defend Security controls in Audits.
- Advise Stakeholders (development or field) regarding cybersecurity in an agile setup.
- Be involved in technical choices definition,
- Independently make design tradeoff decisions while designing multiple components of the system,
- Establish a working relationship with other groups across the organization to successfully implement business and clinical requirements
- Ensure onschedule delivery of highquality products that meet technical requirements,
What you will need:
- Master's degree in software engineering / computer science or related discipline,
- 4+ years of work experience in Cybersecurity
- Good understanding of cyber security principles and industry best practices
- Experience in software platform development from proof of concept to high quality product,
- Knowledge of agile software principles and software development life cycle in a domain with strong regulatory constraints,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Fluent communication, strong analytical and problemsolving skills, and enjoy working in a global environment.
- Experience with the following
- OS: Linux, Mac, Windows.
- Cloud Infrastructure // Kubernetes
- Experience in medical software development would be appreciated.
