Your mission:


  • Fulfillment or achievement of general and specified account management objectives.
  • Establishment, maintenance and development of customers in the national and international environment
  • Full support and penetration of customers in all areas of the company as well as with the entire portfolio
  • Ensuring and consolidating the company's reputation, customer satisfaction and reference loyalty
  • Qualification of customer requirements and transfer of requirements to the relevant departments
  • Quotation preparation, quotation followup and project coordination
  • Strategic cooperation with customers: Gathering of medium and longterm requirements and proactive development of common goals and derived action plans to achieve them
  • Proactive communication with customers
  • Conducting presentations on the company's entire product and service portfolio
  • Unscheduled presence for project meetings, problem solutions
  • Regular and proactive communication with customers (remote and inperson)
  • Preparation of weekly reports to supervisor
  • Maintenance of all relevant project and customer information in the CRM system

Your profile:


  • Technical or commercial training, alternatively technical or commercial studies
  • Strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for cloudbased software solutions (SAAS)
  • 5+ years of experience in a customerfacing position in renewable energy, SAAS solutions or a similar industry, e.g. as an Account Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Customer Success Manager, Technical Project Manager or in a similar role
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Good command of English, other languages an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and empathy to build relationships with people at all hierarchical levels
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the value drivers of recurring revenue business models
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility
