Notre client, groupe industriel dynamique et en pleine structuration, recherche son futur Contrôleur de gestion dans le cadre d'une création de fonction. Vous jouerez un rôle central au coeur de la performance d'une entreprise en développement et contribuerez à la structuration de la fonction financière. Poste basé à Saint-Etienne.
Rattaché à la Direction Financière, vous êtes un véritable partenaire business auprès du CODIR et des équipes opérationnelles. Vous accompagnez la transformation financière de l'entreprise, structurez les outils, process et méthodes de pilotage.
Vos Responsabilités Principales Sont
Budget & Planification financière
Élaborer et piloter les budgets annuels, forecasts et plans moyen terme. Garantir la cohérence et la fiabilité des données.
Reporting & Analyse de performance
Produire un reporting clair et pertinent (mensuel, trimestriel), proposer des analyses et recommandations pour éclairer la prise de décision.
Support à la Direction Générale & au CODIR
Fournir des analyses ad hoc, préparer les supports de pilotage stratégique et contribuer activement aux arbitrages clés.
Suivi budgétaire des fonctions support
Suivre et challenger les coûts des fonctions support (RH, IT, Finance, Marketing…).
Contrôle de gestion industriel
Participer au suivi des coûts de production, marges, efficience opérationnelle, indicateurs industriels.
Structuration financière & amélioration continue
Mettre en place / optimiser les outils (reporting, tableaux de bord, processus budgétaire) et contribuer à la professionnalisation de la fonction finance.
Rôle central au sein d'une entreprise en transformation.
Environnement dynamique, à taille humaine.

Diplôme Bac +5 en Finance, Contrôle de Gestion, Audit ou équivalent (Master CCA, DSCG, École de Commerce).
Expérience de 2 ans minimum en contrôle de gestion central, FP&A ou audit financier avec connaissance des environnements multi‑sites.
Hauteur de vue, capacités analytiques, rigueur, proactivité, capacité de communication sont les atouts pour réussir sur cette fonction.
